He who has learnt to control his tongue has attained self-control in a great measure. When such a person speak he will be heard with respect and attention. His words will be remembered, for they will be good and true.

The most interesting man was a man that never spoke. He'd sit in the back and watch others talk, brag, name drop, boast, he would just observed everyone around him. At first you'd think he was socially awkward maybe, couldn't make friends. He was older much older, very good at keeping his cool. Until one day, Jeff and I spent time with him, asked questions, the conversation was full of simple intelligence. Then again I saw him sitting at the front of the boat one day on our way back from diving, so I went to him and talked to him. I asked him where is one place you haven't been, he said mainland China. I said, "I have one up on you". He laughed. I got know a man who has been to well over 100 countries, owns hospitals, Egyptian/German, a nuerosurgeon, a diver with over 1k dives and a man who would only speak when spoken to. This man taught me value of listening, just to listen and observe. Harry, the most interesting man in the world, taught me something without telling me. A lesson we should attempt to pratice.
